Location & Rates
We're easy to find and located in the heart of the residential Hove Park area. If you are driving we're just five minutes by road from the main A23 or A27, and we've plenty of free parking. From Brighton station we're 15 minutes by bus on the 14 or 27 routes (the latter followed by a five minute walk, the former on our doorstep. Hove station is even nearer -13 minutes' walk or catch the 21 bus which stops round the corner from us.

Our prices range from £59pn (double and twin) to £69 (double with big round bed) in low season to £69 to £79 in high season (April to September inc). Prices are per room and include breakfast. If you are a party why not book two - or all three rooms and have the place to yourselves (£187/£217pn)?
The studio garden flat is £69 per night with a minimum period of four nights. There's a 15% discount for bookings of seven nights or more and 25% discount for more than 28 nights
